- Education: minimum D3 graduate in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing

- For Marketing: ex-SPG are encouraged to apply
- Communication skills: English (verbal and writing)
- Computer skills: Power Point, Excel, Word
